We believe that the best results are always born from personal interaction, understanding and collaboration. That's why Elior like to initially meet our clients face to face either at a location of your choice or our premises. You may have a clear idea of what you need or may require our guidance, either way Elior can help.
It's at this stage, in accordance with RIBA and LIA guidance, that we will complete with you a concept design document gathering all key data such as the core objectives, aesthetics, location, budget, lead time, and specification of your project.
Design development

We collaborate our knowledgeable teams of CAD designers, engineers and finishers here at Elior to discuss your project within hours of receiving your brief. If outsourcing of additional services such as anodising, plating, glass manufacture or polishing are required, we have excellent relationships with very local suppliers, meaning we can proceed with everything extremely quickly whilst keeping our collective project's carbon footprint to a minimum.

Once we have the concept design and cost, we like to make sure we're on track. Dependant on the size of your project, a preliminary design or scheme will be presented to you with costs. It's at this stage that we like to gather as much feedback as possible from our client to make sure we're meeting your expectations. If amendments are required, we can agree on alterations to the brief, and feed them back to our team.
Detailed Presentation & Design
- Complete comprehensive design/scheme
- Receive further feedback
- Commence manufacturing
Once Elior is happy that we have designed accurately to you're brief, a final presentation of your project will be completed and presented to you. If you are happy at this stage we can then instruct our manufacturing and purchasing departments to proceed with your project. It’s Go go go……..
- Raw materials are outsourced and purchased.
- Your metalwork is machined on the latest multi-axis CNC machines and inspected in our ISO BS 9000:2015 factory.
- If required, your components are then painted to your requested colour and texture in our specialized powder coating facility.
- Then finally they are hand-built and tested in our lighting production workshop.
- All procedures seamlessly transition through to completion, due to Eliors complete control to work within your deadlines.

If your project has specific delivery requirements, Elior are more than happy to liaise with on-site contacts to make sure that your goods are delivered on time to the right place, and are handled correctly. If any further information is required regarding the installation of our goods, we are also always available to speak with your permission to any associated services.

Here at Elior each and every person is proud of what we do. From the Lighting scheme and Product CAD designers, to the machinists and assembly team. Seeing the fruits of our labour and our collective vision become a reality on the factory floor is always an exciting experience. Watching the raw material transforming into something tangible at the hands of our highly skilled team of programmers and machinists never ceases to amaze me. Similarly, the meticulous attention to detail during painting, plating, polishing, testing and assembly is something that I am very proud of.
